For agile and fast machining, the 5 axis CNC machining center is one of the most effective metal machining solutions in the industry today.

In all classifications, there are three main methods of constructing five-axis machine tools. Here we introduce them as follows: The swing head is a type that can achieve most machining angles. Work Piece Sizes

If the size of the workpiece is too large and exceeds the size allowed in the operation, the machining will cause the body to vibrate too much, thereby reducing the accuracy of the machining center. Double column machining centers are usually divided into two types: fixed columns or moving columns.
