Gear Coupling

Gear couplings are mechanical parts that can connect two different axes into one in order to make them rotate together during the transmission process. Under ideal circumstances, the connected two axes would not go detached, yet a certain level of torque limitations would come, which lead to speed differences of the rotation. A good power transmission through gear couplings would enhance the working condition and reduce the maintenance costs and frequencies of repairs.


Gear Couplings Applied in Palletizing Systems

Fans increase the speed and volume of an air stream with the rotating impellers. The primary components of a blower fans are five. They are fan housing, impellers, inlet and outlet ducts, drive shaft, and drive mechanism. These five main parts make the blower fan and make the rotation possible. Aside from these five key components, there are bearings, couplings, impeller locking device, fan discharge casing, shaft seal plates, and other smaller parts. Couplings are like gear couplings in many phases.


Gear Couplings Applied in Machine Tools

About the precision components of advanced machine tools are the most important parts of the high end machine tools industry when we are talking about the structure composition of machines with accurate performances in the manufacturing processes. For advanced components and parts such as rotary working tables and the high speed spinning spindles, there are details inside them that work the whole things and make difficult processing possible, such as the couplings, gears, spindle sleeves, locknuts, worm gears, bearing, etc. A coupling used in machine tool industry is a mechanical device that is used to connect two shafts together at their final ends for the purpose of transmitting power forces.
