CNC polygon lathe is a commonly used lathe model for polygon turning based on CNC lathe models in the industry for polygon shape manufacturing. The belt grinding procedure is flexible by adjusting certain parameters, such as the belt speed, grinding pressure, feeding speed, size of the contact drum, and the adopted abrasive belt.
This kind of machine can do wet or dry operations based on their purposes so the designs are different. Furthermore, a wide belt grinding machine can be constructed with single or multiple heads. Here we will further talk about the polygon grinding process. Polygon grinding is a non-circular geometric shape ground on the grinding machines. This is achieved normally through either manual or CNC universal cylindrical grinding machines. The whole grinding process is complicated so if one adopts the manual manner the process may belong.
