Spring Force Tester

Spring force testers are the inspection device or testers of the force of the springs. There are spring force testers that are designed to test the hypercoil springs’ strengths, and the structure of hypercoil springs is supposed to be super strong. Hypercoil springs are super strong springs that can withstand strong outer forces with its hypercoil essence. The production process of hypercoil springs are like normal spring processing, while the produced hypercoil springs are with special resilience and strong physical essences instead.

If they are to be connected and integrated with the spring force testers, this type of machines is custom made for users’ requirements and specifications. Coil springs are also known as helical springs, and they are precision mechanical devices which are typically used to store given energy and subsequently release it back to the load. It can be used to absorb shocks, or to maintain a force between contacting surfaces for planned purposes. 

The coil springs are normally made of an elastic material that is formed into the shape of a helix which returns to its natural length when it is unloaded. When the coil spring is under high tension or strong compression, the wire material of a coil spring undergoes torsion as the feedback. These spring units serve the purpose of limiting excessive suspension movement unto the load. Shock absorbers’ targeted purpose is to damp spring oscillation effects, and shock absorbers use a valve mechanism of oil and gasses to absorb excess energy from the springs. Speaking of the spring, the spring rates values are determined by the manufacturer based on the weight of the vehicle cases, but the eventual performance still need to be tested by spring force testers at the end since there may be some defects happened within the production lines, so how and when to test those performing forces are very critical to the safety issues as well as the performance issues.
