Press Machine Guide

Press machine is a type of forming machines that is used to form the given work pieces with the pressing mechanism. Things such as sheet metal press and metal sheet press are all belonging to this category and further, many press machines are actuated by pneumatic forces. In the fluid mechanics, pneumatic press is one of the most commonly adopted light-force press machines in the industry which is well known for the quick response and faster movements as the main characteristics compared to hydraulic counterparts. It is utilized by any industrial manufacturers in the production of a variety of industrial objects as well as items used in daily basis, including printing, 3C consumables, automation, industrial transferring, etc.

Features

Similar to the pressing machines in the forming sector, the size of the die of pneumatic presses determines the corresponding sizes of the pneumatic press machines to be used. When purchasers and users are operating the pneumatic presses, the size scales are as important as other critical specifications that determine the final results. To be precise, pneumatic press has been classified into several categories, such as CNC pneumatic punching machine, CNC pneumatic multiple hole punching machine, CNC punching machine, CNC power press price punching machine, CNC plate steel hole punching machine, pneumatic portable punching machine, pneumatic hole chassis number punching machine, sheet metal punching machine, etc.

Compared with other press machines such as try out press and ordinary production press, the mechanical force of pneumatic press machine would be much lighter because the primary task of this kind of machines is to make quick pressing on the thinner work pieces. Traditional press machines are responsible for real time and massive production of products, the mechanical strength is not only confined to the forces, but also to many other specification. On the contrary, Hydraulic press machine is also one of the most commonly used press machines in the industry. It is used by any manufacturers in the production of a variety of industrial objects as well as items deployed for ordinary life usages.

In a press machine, one part of the system is a piston which acts as a pump, with a moderate mechanical force acting on a small cross-sectional area. Besides, the other part of this machine is a piston with a larger area which generates a comparatively relevant large mechanical force. The C frame hydraulic press machine is a press machine based on the same mechanical principle that is designed with the appearance of a bowed shape that looks like the letter C, and is usually operated vertically.

Press Machine Applications

Many hydraulic press machines are applied to large size furniture, sports, industrial electronics, and household appliances. Similarly, the size of the die determines the corresponding sizes of the press machines to be used. To be precise, hydraulic press machines have been classified into several categories, such as hydraulic deep drawing press, hydraulic try out press, just to name a few.

If compared with other press machines such as try out press and ordinary production press, the mechanical force of hydraulic press machine would be much stronger because the primary task of this kind of machines is to make pressing on the work pieces no matter of its material essences. Moreover, since conventional press machines are responsible for real and massive production of products, the mechanical strength is not only confined to the forces, but also limited to many other specifications of the machinery.

For instance, hydraulic deep drawing press is one of the most ordinary press machines used in the industry in the current days for heavy duty pressing, which is used by any manufacturers in the production of a variety of industrial objects as well as items used in daily basis. Generally speaking, if manufacturers do require an item whose size is largely different from ordinary products, the scales of their hydraulic deep drawing machines would be different.

To be precise, deep drawing has been classified into conventional and unconventional deep drawing processes. The main aim of unconventional deep drawing process is to expand the original formability limits of the work piece. Some of the unconventional processes include Aqua draw process, hydro mechanical deep drawing, Hydro form process, etc. All these unconventional deep drawing operations are designed by press manufacturers for specific purposes and are subject to a great variety of changes.
