Circular Sawing Machine
Circular saws are not like band saws in many ways. Circular sawing machine use circular tools to perform the sawing process instead of using saw blades, which leads to their different processing characteristics from band saws. A circular saw is a powered saw that uses toothed or abrasive disc sets or saw blades to cut different materials by rotating around a mandrel.

Hack Sawing Machine
Hacksaw is a fine-tooth saw, which was originally mainly used for cutting metal materials and products. Electric hacksaws are called hack sawing machines, powered by their own electric motors or connected to stationary engines. Most hack sawing machines are stationary machine tools, but there are still some portable types that can meet specific needs.
The length of a standard hacksaw blade is about 250 mm to 300 mm. The blade can be as small as 150 mm. To make practical applications more convenient, electric hacksaws may use larger blades of various sizes, or small machines may use manual blades. In manual blades, the pitch of the teeth can be 14 to 32 teeth per inch.
Horizontal Band Sawing Machine
Horizontal band saws are widely used in various industrial applications, including metal processing, woodworking and wood processing fields, and can also be used to cut a variety of other materials.
The horizontal band sawing machine clamps the work piece while the saw blade swings downward through cutting. The alignment of horizontal band saws is especially suitable for cutting long work pieces (such as tubes or solid bars) into a certain length. Therefore, this is essential equipment in most metal production lines. However, horizontal design is not very convenient for cutting specific contours (such as curves or other complex shapes). Because small horizontal band saws usually only use gravity feed.
Vertical Band Sawing Machine
The vertical band sawing machine is sawing equipment specially designed for industrial metal cutting. They can be used for very long work piece cutting tasks, such as the manufacture of construction steel and bars in mechanical structures. In the metalworking industry nowadays, vertical band saws are widely used in various industrial applications, including metal processing, woodworking and wood processing fields, and can also be used to cut a variety of other materials. The vertical structural frame makes it possible to perform a wide range of applications, and users can use it for different purposes.
Although the sawing machine is not as versatile as the machining center, it is still very powerful for work pieces of various complex processes. Band sawing machines are usually used for cutting tasks of customized work pieces, so the accuracy requirements are very strict.
